    This restaurant has wonderful food. The manager should appreciate his waitresses, because they are totally overworked and short handed. With that being said our waitress Paula, treated us exceptional!! Providing us with such warm and welcoming personality and great service. I will return for the food but because of her service as well. Thank you Paul

    Chili's is AMAZING! Their food is always so good and I've never once had a bad expe with customer service here. Whether you go in to eat or pick up food it's always a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend!

    I had a nice server at the bar (Patsy) who was very attentive, professional and overall pleasant. The food was delicious, I had the Steak Fajitas; which was quite a lot of food. Overall I was very pleased with my experience.

    I love the Chili's on Western. The food is tasty but the wait staff are the ones that make or break the experience. The folks at this Chili's are wonderful. They pay attention, get you what you want/need, and don't make you feel like you're just another person taking up space because they engage, while still making sure their jobs are getting done.

    So, this is my first time at Chili’s at all and I’m not going to lie it was underwhelming. When we first come in they didn’t look that busy but they looked very short staffed. It took a min to seat us and then we had to wait 13min to put our drink order in. Now our waitress was the nicest person ever though. I’m not going to lie her personality is the reason we stayed to eat because she was kind and explained what was going on. I was disappointed that I didn’t see a manager at all helping and making sure the people were taken care of. And that is was the reason I gave it just 3. So thank you to Paula you made my first time a great one.
